Long Beach - The Quake organization did it again. After a successful response at the Nike Run Hit Remix event the Quake organization volunteered at the Long Beach Marathon!

Waking up early in the morning we had coaches and players arrive at station 9 (mile 9). Joined with the Long Beach Pride organization we handed out more than 3000 cups of water. It was a great turn out and we had a blast cheering on all the bicyclist and runners.

Los Angeles - The Quake team and other wonderful volunteers came out on Sept 15, 2007 to assist the preparation for the Nike Run Hit Remix event. This annual event was a great way to get out of the house for a nice run through the strees of Los Angeles. There was performers throughout the event by Naughty by Nature, Sir Mix A Lot, The Sugarhill Gang, Dawn Robinson of En Vogue, and a Finish line concert by MC Hammer.
